Services
Care begins with a physician order and a full assessment by one of our registered nurses. The nurse will meet with the client to discuss medical history, medications, current needs and resources available. Information will be stored in your private patient record and care plans will include input from the patient and physician.

Professional Therapy Services
The goal of Physical Therapy is to maximize physical strength, restore mobility, reduce pain, and promote wellness through increased physical activity. Physical Therapy focuses on ambulation/transfer training, strength-training and exercise, coordination exercises, pain management and relaxation techniques to get you back to full mobility.
Occupational Therapy is focused on the fine motor skills that are necessary for the tasks of daily living. it is intended to maximize your independence and utilizes exercising small muscle groups to refine motor dexterity.
Speech Therapy encompasses assessment and treatment of impairments that limit or impede communication. Patients utilize auditory comprehension activities, oral exercises, gestural skills, and reading/writing skills. Speech therapy is also utilized by patients who have problems eating and swallowing due to strokes, seizures, or other neurological disorders.
Healthcare Plus offers Masters degreed medical Social Workers to work with patients and families to help them integrate the emotional needs of illness into an overall treatment plan. Social workers can provide referrals to community services & resources such as homemakers and meals on wheels.
